Spicy Turmeric Lemonade

Turmeric Lemonade

Here in Oregon, the rain has come and people are getting the sniffles. Especially those people with grubby handed children (guilty as charged). Help keep the plague at bay with my great grandmothers Turmeric Lemonade recipe, only made better with Extractioneering extracts.


1. 1 tsp organic dried turmeric*

2. 1 tsp organic powdered ginger**

3. Juice of 1 1/2 fresh lemon

4. Dash cayenne

5. 2 cups of filtered water

6. 5 drops of stevia or 1/2 tsp raw honey

7. 1 drop of HTFSE


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.

Serve with ice cube and enjoy!


*QUICK NOTE: You can also use fresh turmeric root and fresh ginger root. Simply place 1” ginger root chopped and 1” turmeric root chopped in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Let the mixture cool for 30 minutes then strain the roots and mix in remaining ingredients in blender for 1 minutes. Serve.
