Personal Experience: I found this to be delicious! I think it tasted exactly like a Banana Foster, and it filled me up like a heavy dessert. Very sedative and packing a punch, I would save this Rind for the evening. - Cory C.

Flavor/Aroma: This is a very Savory Rind, with multiple layers of flavors. At first, you'll notice a Funky almost like Cheese and Wine aroma. But while consuming, I found this to almost taste like a Banana Foster. Very delightful.
